Job Description:

We are an NYC-based private lender looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Manager in the Financial District. Your role will be consisting of data entry, client retention, travel planning, ordering supplies for the office, and assisting the Manager with anything he needs to work on their finance deals.

Ideal Experience:

  • Travel arrangement experience
  • Social Media experience
  • Has worked closely with an office manager of a company
  • Experience with calendaring
  • Has worked with Google Sheets and is comfortable with Sheets, Docs, and Google Calendar
  • Efficient and confident in communication

Ideal Qualities:

  • Organized and able to multi-task
  • Resourceful
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Able to manage office space and culture
  • High level of professionalism

Job Type: Full-time 40K-60K plus Bonus
