**Who You Are**
Our rapidly expanding worksite healthcare delivery company is seeking a Talent Advisor to serve as a talent acquisition consultant to hiring managers and business leaders. You are responsible for identifying the best candidates to fill open positions. Talent Advisors will partner with the talent sourcing team to create candidate pipelines, while establishing and deploying effective recruitment strategies to support and fill Premise Health's hiring objectives. The Talent Advisor will support the recruitment efforts for a specific region or client base and will work closely with hiring managers and other internal HR teams. This position is able to work remotely out of our corporate office. **What You'll Do For Us**
+ Oversee the requisition cycle and proactively provides strategic consultation to hiring managers
+ Utilize behavioral based interviewing techniques, screen candidates and provide recommendations regarding applicant and candidate selection
+ Engage with the Talent Acquisition sourcing specialists to facilitate the assessment process by conducting in-depth intake sessions with hiring leaders, ensuring job descriptions reflect accurate knowledge, skills and abilities required to make a successful hire
+ Collaborate with the sourcing partner to proactively source and identify top talent for open requisitions
+ Provide accurate and timely updates on candidate activity, tracks metrics and reports trends to TA leadership, providing recommendations for improvement
+ Assist with creation and deployment of job specific recruitment marketing materials and campaigns
+ Meet and exceed recruitment performance metrics (hires, days to hire, candidate experience, offer accepts, hires completed on project timeline, referral percentage, hiring manager or project satisfaction, etc.)
+ Partner with hiring manager to understand and prioritize requirements, and influences staffing decisions according to business needs
+ Establish service level agreements (SLA) and set clear expectations with hiring manager
+ Gain understanding and visibility of internal candidate pool and skill sets by reviewing possible internal candidates with sourcing team
+ Utilize various sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media channels to attract talent
+ Build trusted and long-term relationships with hiring managers and coach them on hiring best practices
+ Develop strong relationships with candidates while providing stellar candidate experience
+ Attend networking events to source talent, including job fairs, professional conferences and open house events
+ Ensure accurate reporting and data management within ATS
+ Educate hiring managers on conducting behavioral based interviewing, and facilitates selection process, to ensure effective interviewing practices.
+ Maintain strong cross functional partnerships with business leaders, HRBPs, hiring managers and TA strategists, and partners
