Job Description

In need of a high-energy, positive, results-driven Marketing Manager to assist a top real estate team that is growing rapidly throughout North America. The candidate must be friendly, professional, and positive with the ability to work well with others and alone, in a very fast-paced environment. This person must have a track record of success in marketing and be able to showcase their talent. This position will be an integral part of the firm and requires precision and creativity at the same time. This individual is responsible for managing all social media accounts and websites as well as creating marketing content including but not limited to event fliers, listing promotions, agent business cards, and yard signs. They will ensure all social accounts are current, updated and posts are scheduled daily. Are you creative, hard-working and detail-oriented? Enjoy a fast-paced work environment with lots to do? Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) - Considered after a 90-day period

Responsibilities:

This person's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Assisting and supporting the leadership team in meeting all business objectives related to marketing, branding and event-related activities
  • Manage the brand and full marketing plan and all of its components with regard to our current and future growth strategies
  • Administer the CRM systems
  • Design marketing collateral for agents and teams
  • Develop, implement, and execute a new social media plan
  • Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals
  • Develop and/or maintain monthly newsletters, ongoing drip campaigns, team website/blog, product marketing of listings and agents including e-blasts and direct mail
  • Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information
  • Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
  • Cooperate with staff in achieving our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans
  • Regularly update social media and respond to followers
  • Drive social media and electronic marketing plans
  • Develop and implement creative marketing initiatives
  • Manage all events associated with team leaders that will be occurring in many different markets throughout the country

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related experience
  • Experience and knowledge of the real estate industry
  • Knowledge or desire to learn how to execute social media strategy and implementation of social media campaigns
  • Ability to learn new as well as teach others cloud-based software programs including Canva, CRM systems, project management systems, Microsoft Office, all top social media platforms, Google Drive, etc. 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding organization
  • Tech-savvy; up-to-date with latest tools and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once
  • Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time

  • Customer service focus
  • In-depth social media experience required

  • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will do anything and everything they need to in order to support a rapidly growing real estate firm!
