Digital Experience Administrator

We are now searching for a Digital Experience Administrator who:

• Has at least one year Financial Services experience
• Is detail oriented and enjoys fast paced environment
• Enjoys working with internal and external members
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Digital Experience Administrator's primary purpose is to deliver high quality service to both internal and external members and to perform a variety of administrative functions related to Digital Services.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Process and fulfill digital account opening and funding ensuring accuracy and completeness while meeting and exceeding department goals for production.
• Review and respond timely to member requests through secured email and chat, providing solutions and collaborating with internal departments as necessary to fulfill requests.
• Process operational requests including, but not limited to, credit card balance transfers, loan payments, travel notifications and loan servicing requests.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications:

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.

Salary Range: $23 to $29 per hour DOE
