Part Time Bookkeeper

Welcome to Premier Roofing of Jacksonville! We are an upcoming roofing contractor local to the Jacksonville, FL market We are in need of a high-quality Bookkeeper to help with our increasing workload. This is a part-time position for approximately 20 hours total per week. There is room to grow as we continue to increase our projects at a rapid rate. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a small, family-like team environment and take on interesting new projects. Here are the following responsibilities we are looking for assistance with:

• Invoice Processing
• Matching and reconciling transactions in QB online
• Process and Calculate commissions
• Payroll Processing
• Additional accounting related projects on an as-needed basis

You are qualified for this position if you have:

3+ years experience with Microsoft Excel

3+ years experience Bookkeeping in QB Online

1+ Year in the Construction Industry
