A client in Elizabeth is looking for a customer service representative to join their team!
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Answering customer calls and emails regarding their products or orders
- Providing information regarding products
- Escalating customer complaints to appropriate department
- Maintaining accurate log of customer interaction
- Other duties as needed to ensure the customer is happy and operations run smoothly
The requirements for this role include:
- Prior customer service experience for a PRODUCT
- Experience with consumer electronics a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills
This is a full time position. The hours are 9 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday.
