Our client, a 3PL(Third Party Logistics) company, is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join their growing team! You will maintain order processing, fulfillment, and delivery for clients and their customers.
- Handle orders from start to finish; entering orders, checking availability, set up shipments, verify quantities, etc to ensure the entire order process runs smoothly
- Act as liaison between manufacturer and end client throughout completion of order delivery
- Must be an energetic, go getter who wants to learn and grow with our team!
- Previous experience in logistics, or other related fields
- Ability to learn quickly on client computer platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must!
- Deadline and detail-oriented, strong customer service background
