We are currently seeking to hire several Social Media Advertising Sales Manager Trainees to join our team! You will be trained for overseeing and developing a loyal clientele to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Learn to create sales utilizing a proven system that has yielded several in excess of 100k per year in personal compensations
- oversee and coordinate the sales team Social Media Prospecting activities
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual internet prospecting performances
- Develop and execute innovative Social Media sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients utilizing various internet outlets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Social Media sales, customer service, or related field a plus
- Experience as a supervisor or manager a plus but not an absolute
- Familiarity with CRM platforms would be helpful, but we will provide training either way.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients and outgoing personality definitely an asset
** This position as a Social Media Manager will be required to spend limited time on the sales floor learning the basics of the business **
This is a $2500 a month guarantee while in training.
