With a focus on community fundraising, you will have the chance to work on-site at events, representing our clients and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Representing our clients with professionalism and answering customer questions in person at events
- Providing outstanding service by effectively responding to all questions and queries
- Attending daily meetings and workshops to stay up-to-date on new services and programs
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Authorization to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Full-time availability to work on-site
- Quick learner with effective communication skills
- Experience in customer service, fundraising, hospitality, or public relations is an asset, but not required
