Administrative Clerk/Receptionist

Our Real Estate office is seeking an energetic Administrative Clerk/Receptionist to join our team. The Admin Clerk/Receptionist is responsible for providing support to the community. The primary responsibilities include Front desk reception duties such as:

  • Answering and directing telephone calls, delivering messages
  • Manage website, social media to improve company recognition
  • Rent collection and deposits
  • Greeting associates and guests
  • Filing, copying, distributing incoming faxes and mail
  • Be the point of contact for our customers to help them quickly find solutions
  • Oversee all brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc. to continuously build our brand
  • Must have real estate office experience!

This person will also be asked to complete word processing jobs as needed including letters, memos, reports, labels, inventory and ensure that office supplies are ordered and adequately stocked, and other miscellaneous tasks as requested. Occasional coverage for the property manager when out or some holidays may be required.

Qualifications:

  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Should be empathetic to customer issues and strive to improve relationships
  • Attention to detail and keen organization skills are needed
  • High school diploma required, some college experience preferred
  • Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly and with discretion
  • Customer service experience in the real estate industry is preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • 1+ years of experience
