Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services, Inc. is currently looking for reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses available for overnight cases to join our Delaware office. This office services pediatric, adult and geriatric clients in New Castle and Kent Counties.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN or RN License
- Physical
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities:
- Taking direction from clinical team and overseeing Registered Nurse
- Providing one-to-one care in the home
- Following the plan of care
- Following all clinical and office policies
