Preferred is currently looking for reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Bala Cynwyd office. This office services adult and geriatric clients in Philadelphia, Delaware, and Montgomery counties.

Requirements:

• Valid PA LPN or RN License
• Physical within one year
• 2 Step PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid CPR Certification
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities:

• Providing one-to-one care in the home
• Taking direction from clinical team and overseen by a registered nurse
• Following the plan of care
• Following all clinical and office policies
