Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies, implementing quality assurance measures to continuously improve service delivery and client outcomes.
  • Manage the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring key financial indicators, while optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare, home care, or senior services industry.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving financial and operational targets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
