Outbound Call Center Representative

We are searching for passionate Senior Outbound Call Center Representatives to join our team. This is a remote position, so we need people who are really motivated to meet goals. Most of the calls coming into our call center are leads interested in our painting services so it is essential we get them scheduled for an appointment to review their project.

Our reputation and dedication to customer service are top priorities so we are seeking candidates who really enjoy speaking to people, are exceptionally reliable, have great communications skills, and are willing to constantly learn on the job. What you will be doing: + Support our call center by fielding both inbound and outbound calls for new and existing customers + Enter data into CRM to maintain detailed records for all projects and customers + Investigate and find resolutions to all service issues and customer questions + Provide outstanding customer service to all our clients through honesty, integrity, and positivity + Manage routine and unscheduled tasks in an efficient, organized manner + Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail when entering and updating customer information. + Strive to build upon our referral network + Work in a dynamic "virtual' environment What you bring to the table: + Minimum of 2 years experience in a Call Center environment + High School Diploma or equivalent + Bilingual a plus + Ability to handle between 150+ calls per day + Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain composure and patience while speaking to customers + Previous experience handling large volume of calls + Salesforce or similar CRM system experience required + Desire to provide outstanding customer service + Flexibility to work various schedule requirements including nights and weekends + Ability to hit and exceed metrics while working remote This is a Remote (work from home) position. We have multiple openings for this position and are targeting 2/27 for the next remote training class. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: + 8 hour shift, must have weekend availability.
