Job Description

This is a hybrid office position with the possibility of remote hours. Need to be a self-starter who knows how to work independently to finish tasks and projects as well as record work and progress. Works well under pressure and adjusts to shifting demands. We are results oriented. Must complete tasks efficiently within a specified period of time. Maintains a high degree of attention to detail. Must be extremely organized. Must be a friendly, consistent, and efficient communicator. People-person, particularly on the phone or by email. Excellent at follow-up. Manage communication including emails and phone calls. Screens phone calls, redirect calls, and takes messages. Schedules appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed. Has an interest in organic farming, conservation, and environmental responsibility. There is room for advancement and raises. This job can begin as part-time.

Skills Needed:

  • Time-management.

    • Must be able to plan out one’s day for maximum productivity and to ensure that all daily tasks are completed.

    • Must demonstrate follow-through. If you say you will do a thing, then do the thing with attention to timelines.

    • Understands time budgeting, time recording, and time-audits.

    • Familiar with, Kanban, and calendar scheduling.

    • Must be familiar with ical and Google calendar, and be able to set appointments and follow up with invitees.

  • Fast-learner. We will need to learn new apps, and implement new systems. Must be tech-savvy so learning is quick.

  • Administration, business, or similar degree is preferred. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. More education will be better and will be compensated.

  • Worked on a farm, or similar experience.

  • 3 years or more of clerical, secretarial, or office experience.


  • Hourly wage.

  • If driving more than 30 miles, we can offer a gas allowance.

  • Time and a half for more than 40 hours per week if an hourly employee.

  • Health care and benefits can be earned.
