Top-notch communication skills are essential, as our teams work directly with clients both in-person and remotely and need to be able to explain technology effectively to people with a wide range of technical ability.
Absolute must have skills:

- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to independently contribute ideas to a team

- Desktop support for Windows 7, 8, 10, Mac OS X
- Support for iOS, Android and Windows Phone mobile devices
- Google Apps, Microsoft Office 365
- Cloud storage (Box, Dropbox) and backup (Crashplan, Carbonite) systems
- Basic wired and wireless networking principles
- Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2
- Small Business and/or Essentials server systems
