Graphic Designer (Temporary)

Join PLI and represent the legal community's premier provider of continuing education and research services as a Graphic Designer (Temporary) in our New York office. We anticipate this temporary assignment will last approximately two months with the possibility of extending.

For more than 80 years, PLI has served the legal community with innovative products and quality programming, building a sterling reputation spanning the country.

Your responsibilities as Graphic Designer (Temporary)
+ Create/Design clean, sophisticated and engaging promotional materials for web, social ads, home page ads and email templates
+ Accurately handle corrections and complete jobs on time while handling a large workload
+ Maintain back up files of all released and completed jobs
+ Create PDFs of completed jobs for archival purposes
+ Design marketing videos using Adobe After Effects
+ Other duties, as assigned.

Qualified candidates will have:
+ Bachelor of Fine Arts with focus on Graphic Design or relevant field
+ 2 - 4 years of work experience with design for print, digital and social media
+ Strong competence using Adobe's Creative Suite and After Effects
+ Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
+ A portfolio that demonstrates creative spark and strong layout skills
+ Knowledge of HTML
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
+ The ability to maintain clean files that can be picked up by other designers if necessary
+ Experience in Mac environment
