Job Description

Seeking talented Sales Representatives who are enthusiastic about helping others, and work hard towards a common goal.   4. Excels at phone-based qualifying

  5. Excels at delivering online demos

  8. Ability to handle a high volume workload that is deadline-based

  9. Knowledge of marketing basics

The day in the life of a Sales Representative at Practice Promotions

  • Following up on inbound sales leads

  • Performing qualifying consultation calls

  • Performing online demo sales presentations

  • Recommending the appropriate subscription product tiers

  • Sending out and following up on proposals

  • Nurturing prospects through the sales process and overcoming objections

  • Closing deals and passing clients successfully over to the production team

  • Managing notes and leads within the CRM system (Infusionsoft/Keap)

  • Performing sales reporting

  • Team collaboration and games for sales performance

Our focus is on providing clients with the best marketing products and solutions to help them to reach their practice goals. You must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills as well as a great customer service attitude.

Continuous communication with teammates and clients via video conference, messaging, phone and internet, we do not work in an office at this time, but likely will have an office in the future. Our team is close-knit and feels like family. There is always someone there to help or answer questions.

  • Our team works remotely and has for the entire 9 years the company has been in business. We meet in Richmond/Midlothian area approximately 1x/month and will resume this after covid-19 restrictions are lifted. We are only hiring people who can easily commute to Richmond.

  • Base Salary $40,000- $45,000/year

  • Variable commissions $30,000-$60,000/year

Save money on commute and parking and save time! We all work remotely at this time, but we are only recruiting employees from Richmond and the surrounding areas as we are moving toward bringing our growing team in house.
