We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to help us build the Design & Engineering team of the future. The core focus of this role is to successfully bring operational maturity to our design & engineering organization through innovative technology platforms, error-proof processes, excellent resource documentation, and a high-performing design & engineering team. A successful Program Manager will strengthen current programs along with launching new programs to build a world-class homeowner, seller, and install partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Develop, launch, and monitor the success of innovative programs 

  • Curate resource and training libraries for efficient and error-proof operation

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure goal alignment and execution

  • Support standard operating procedure development, updates, and dissemination 

  • Build effective homeowner, seller, and cross-functional communication channels and protocols

  • Scope & provide digital requirements to enable software development and automation

  • Facilitate the root cause identification and minimization of systemic friction points

  • Cultivate continuous improvement through direct feedback from external and internal stakeholders

  • Craft and publish ongoing newsletters, reports, and leaderboards

  • Design and administer contests and incentive programs

  • Capture case studies to showcase performance and best practices

  • Develop FAQ’s for increased efficiency of communication and self serve support

  • Build and maintain design standards, tools,  processes, and databases

  • Innovate training development and coordination for team members 

  • Provide strategic guidance to management regarding trends in product quality, installation quality, installation performance, failed inspections and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Attributes: 

  • 3+ years experience in residential solar system design

  • 3+ years in a project or program management role overseeing various cross-functional projects

  • innovative, creative, optimistic, and customer-centric

  • This position is FULLY remote so the ability to be highly successful in a virtual/remote work environment is essential

  • A passion for solar and desire to be a key team member in a game changing solar company

  • Acts like an owner and takes initiative with a results-oriented mentality

  • Expert communication skills, both verbal and written

  • High proficiency in  productivity software e.g. MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and/or GSuite.

  • Experience with CRM or project management systems such as Zoho, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Hubspot, Podio, etc.

  • Experience with Business Intelligence software such as Tableau or Power BI, etc.

  • Ability and appetite to invest in self and others to maximize personal growth

Compensation & Benefits: 

  • Salary: $70,000-$95,000 depending on experience

  • Stock Option Plan: Equity plan ownership in one of the fastest growing national solar companies
