Program Manager Digital Learning

• Responsible for the efficient project, communication and risk/issues, management and delivery of all digital learning outputs in accordance with contract requirements.
• Oversight and performance management of all contract staff, as well as all deliverables and associated reporting.
• Establish and foster strong and open lines of communication and engagement across government stakeholders and staff in a collaborative operational environment while maintaining clear lines of authority and responsibility.

• 5 years of program management experience on federal government service contracts of similar size, value, and complexity.
• 10 years of experience in eLearning project, program, or contract management.

• BS/BA degree in Business, Management, or Digital Learning/eLearning-related field.
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) OR PMI Agile Certified Practitioner Certification (PMI-ACP)

• Demonstrated experience
  • Maintaining a strong and positive business relationship and lines of communication across multiple government managers and functional staff members to achieve performance and project outcomes.
  • Utilizing Agile project planning/coordination/monitoring practices to help guide staff to achieve results on-time.Driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated creativity and flexibility in when creating estimates, scope, and requirements, as well as throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated understanding of cutting-edge analytics to provide program analysis and accountability to management.
