We are looking for a qualified Administrative Sales Support to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries/installs and provide support for sales representatives and provide backup support for sales people in their absence.

Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices organized, self-starter with a great attitude. Ultimately, should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and help the sales department achieve sales targets.

Summary of Responsibilities: Well-organized individual with technical aptitude. General office and computer experience. Provide administrative sales support and coordinate sales activities for new and used commercial engine sales.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• Ensure timely and accurate management and commission reports.
• Develop equipment pricing templates, provide quotes.
• Maintain departmental records, process invoices and applications.
• Must be able to work accurately with detailed information openly, review and close work orders.
• Monitor work in progress.
• Work closely with Parts, service and sales departments and customers.
• Assist Service Manager as required.
• Support the oversight of service operations.
• Assist the department workforce and shop operations.
• Maintain effective customer relations.
• Monitor / file warranty claims and records. Review warranty jobs, write claims and update tracking system. Process claims and settlements.
• Prepare / distribute associated reports and analysis.
• Maintain all the paperwork for the Service Department moving in an orderly manner.
• Open, code and close work orders/field tickets, process time cards, enter data into computer system, maintain historical files
Requirements: Three + years experience in a clerical / secretarial or administrative background. Strong PC skills - must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to manage multiple, different tasks and work accurately with detailed information. Background with typing, 10-key by touch and computer experience required. Ability to supervise and coordinate work flow. Technical knowledge of a service industry and or machines. Technical aptitude a plus, interact with customers and sales staff effectively and must be able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.


Qualification/Requirements:
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
• Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Education/Training/Experience
This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.
1. Associates degree or equivalent experience.
An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image. A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player. Experience in Word, Excel, and other applicable database programs.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex human resource related documents.
