Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position will be to enter in warranty claims and keeping up with the fleet vehicles.

The key focus will be to stay on top of claim submissions and verifying vehicles are being registered and up to date with all proper documentation need for compliance.

Key Job Activities for Warranty:

  • Responsible for all PM, FC, RM and Standard Claims
    • Attend to claims in order of urgency
    • Review work orders verify all documentation and machines warranty status
    • Enter in claims to OEM’s system
    • Run paid claim reports
    • Assist with coding out paid claims
    • Assist with File bound credits
  • RAMP
    • invoices will be printed off monthly, verify information with Contracts Manager before keying and

mailing/ emailing to the customer

  • Machine Transfers
    • Maintain machine transfers into other state
    • Requests with DB’s must be made and approved before transferring machines
  • Other duties as assigned

Key Job Activities for Fleet Management:

  • Responsible for keeping truck, welder, Enpak and Registrations current for Denver
  • Title New Trucks
  • Keep Crane and annual truck DOT inspections current for Denver Branch
  • Make sure accidents are documented on an accident register
  • Keep up to date records on file for Registration
    • Truck registrations
    • Drivers registrations for CDL (Commercial Drivers Licenses) drivers only
  • File quarterly IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement)
  • Renew IRP (International Registration Plan) plates annually
  • Renew Annual and Biannual reports for the State of Colorado
  • Maintain Express Toll and E-470 tollway bills
  • Monitor driver E-los for Violations on Geotab
  • Expiration Report ran every month
  • Run Clearinghouse reports for new field tech hires
  • Update insurance policy with new trucks/sold trucks/rental switch outs
