Caregiver Companion

We are seeking a Caregiver to provide non-medical care services to adults in their homes and/or communities in which they may reside. This can be described as "ladies and gentlemen taking care of ladies and gentlemen." The Caregiver serves a prominent population in an upscale environment. Services may range from the following:

Homemaker Companion:

• Conversation and recreational activities
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping tasks and laundry
• Transportation for errands/outings

Personal Care Companion:

• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene tasks
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Medication reminders

Specialized Care Companion:

• Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care
• Hospice or palliative care support
• Behavior management

Overview of the Ideal Caregiver:

A compassionate and caring individual with a genuine desire to help others. High moral standards of honesty and integrity.

Caregiver Preferred Qualifications:

• Exhibit a professional attitude and appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
• Able to be bonded by company liability insurance
• Successfully complete a drug and alcohol test upon hire and at random throughout employment
• Must meet or exceed expectations for the following checks: Criminal Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record, and professional reference checks
