We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You will sell fence and railing products to customers in our showroom and inbound sales calls
Responsibilities:
- Take inbound sales calls
- Present and sell exterior fencing and railing products to new and existing customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Process orders
- Order materials
- Purchasing
- Help manage the warehouse
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in sales, account management, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, and able to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- 2-3 Years experience in the construction industry
