We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager. This role is to serve as a consultative business partner to hiring managers to ensure the successful execution of recruiting strategies to achieve hiring needs across all operations. The designated areas of focus are Technology, Clinical Operations, Client Success, Sales and Implementations. The individual in this role utilizes their knowledge of business operations and people practices promoting company strategies, priorities, culture, purpose, and core values and drives alignment of People and Culture, specifically talent acquisition capabilities to organizational needs. They will oversee the integrity of the Applicant Tracking system and requisition posting process.

The role demands the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple priorities, excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to continuous improvement of your knowledge and skills and contributing to the continuous improvement of our team and organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential candidates for business through proactive market analysis, data insights, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Conduct proactive needs analysis with hiring managers to establish an execution plan to achieve high volume hiring during peak business demands across the designated business area; advise and make decisions around candidate selection throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Responsible for developing and executing talent sourcing plans for their business area, screening, and selecting talent pools for exempt and specialized field positions by sourcing diverse candidate pools to attract top-caliber talent for the organization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and continuously improve candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Create sourcing strategies to support hard-to-hire areas and roles and increase brand recognition.
  • Serve as brand ambassador in the marketplace by supporting and championing the company’s recruitment branding strategy to effectively attract top talent by building awareness and promoting localized recruiting efforts through social media channels.
  • Facilitate stakeholder talent planning and debrief discussions to establish, measure, and monitor successes and opportunities to address potential issues to ensure hiring objectives are achieved.
  • Oversee the first stage in recruiting process, applicant flow and pipeline generation.
  • . • Regulates user activities of recruiting staff in the applicant tracking system, to ensure proper template and requisition creation, user permissions, and adherence to company policy and process guidelines. • Partners with Chief People Officer to report on the effectiveness of third party vendor integrations that are related to applicant pipeline.
  • Manages the process of enhancing job postings to ensure they are dynamic, attractive and enrich the candidate experience.
  • Identifies applicant flow barriers and develops customized solutions to ensure the application process is effective.
  • Ensures job postings meet the standards and specific qualifications per contractual requirements.
  • Leads the candidate experience to ensure applications are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with guidelines.
  • Manages and monitors the application process to include problem solving and resolution of inconsistency within the process to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Ensures the required/appropriate documentation is uploaded to the ATS system, identifies through audits any corrections and missing documentation are added in a timely manner.
  • Trains and coaches hiring leaders on the ATS, career site and other recruiting related systems as needed.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least six years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition)
  • 5+ Years of Full Life Cycle recruiting support
  • 3+ Years of sourcing passive candidates

Desired Characteristics:

  • Previous Health Technology/engineering recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Established project management skills.

This position is based out of our Lewisville, TX headquarters; however, working remotely from outside the area is perfectly acceptable. Up to 20% travel may be required for remote candidates.
