Porch offers the world's leading business management SaaS platform for home inspectors. As the Platform Training Team Lead; you will be responsible for on-boarding new clients, providing advanced user training, driving adoption and sales, while providing a high-level of customer service. In addition to working with customers 1:1 you will be responsible for coaching and developing your peer trainers. Your performance will be measured by number of training sessions completed, user adoption, retention and team success. This role is open as either a Seattle-based or remote opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work directly with home inspection companies primarily in the US
  • Setup their user account and help configure their SaaS implementation
  • Be the contact person / account manager for those you train
  • Conduct two or more training's per day
  • Keep your emails and phone calls current
  • Create learning tools for our client and team (Help Articles)
  • Provide overflow help for the Technical Support department
  • Work closely with the training and sales team for the benefit of the home inspector
  • Travel to industry events occasionally
  • Motivate and inspire team members to reach team goals
  • Rally the team around new company initiatives
  • Facilitate weekly 1:1's with each team member
  • Coach and provide feedback to team members regarding performance

Who You Are

  • Experience with training and adult education
  • Experience with, or in, the home inspection industry or real estate industry would be preferred
  • Compassionate, patient and comfortable directing the pace, and direction of conversations
  • Very comfortable with technology and have knowledge of Gmail, G Suite, Zoom and chat systems like Slack or Skype
  • Excellent with a keyboard (> 50 wpm)
  • Able to access a quiet working environment and a high-speed internet connection as you will be on the phone /video calls frequently
  • A self-starter and comfortable working on a team as well as on your own. You are quick to take on new initiatives and projects for the greater good of the company
  • Customer obsessed and care deeply about solving problems and delighting clients
