We offer employment during our "pool season”, although some of our clients do require year-round services. Pool Scouts is looking for a full-time, year-round high-quality pool cleaning technician with a natural work ethic, and a positive/flexible attitude. In addition to the regular duties of a pool technician, would also be required to make minor repairs to the pool as necessary. Our technicians are responsible for providing top notch services and positive customer experience for each of our valued clients. What Our Technicians Do:

• Test water chemistry & add chemicals as needed
• Vacuum & skim the pool
•  Ensure a clean pool deck
• Inspect pool equipment & perform minor repairs
• Offer best in class customer service

• Hard-working with a can-do attitude
• Reliable and demonstrate initiative
• Customer Service mindset: confident, professional, friendly 
• Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical work
• Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays
