We are an established 15+year old, multi-dimensional firm focusing on corporate formation/structuring, real estate and estate planning. We seek a motivated attorney with 3 to 5 years of transactional experience to work directly with clients.
You will be handling commercial and residential real estate transactions, corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions as well as estate planning.
We provide employees with Medical, 401(k) plan participation with employer contributions, and paid vacation and holidays. Our office has a familial feel which provides for a great work environment. Work hours are somewhat flexible with potential for partial remote option.
The managing partner has interests in other business ventures which may provide the opportunity for additional compensation.
