Job DescriptionCompany Description
Our client is looking for a skilled Project Manager for a 6 month contract to hire.
Requirements:
- 6 to 8 years of Project Management experience
- Experience utilizing SAFe or Scaled Agile Framework Transformations
- Strong understanding of and demonstrated experience in using JIRA and Confluence
- Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure cloud technologies. Experience/Involvement with the migration of large scale solutions to the cloud
- Mentor and coach the teams on Agile methodology and Scrum values and process
- Facilitate PI (Program Increment) and sprint planning processes, as well as all other scrum ceremonies, and empower team commitment to PI and sprint delivery
- Lead ceremonies using agile principles and facilitation techniques (backlog refinement, sprint planning, retro, etc.)
- Monitor and track PI milestones, and facilitate mitigation of issues and risks
- Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, SA, SASM or equivalent) preferred
