Pomeroy is hiring in Charlotte, NC! We are looking for Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to work remotely. In this role you will make outbound calls to healthcare patients, pharmacists, and physicians.
This is a remote, work from home position. All qualified candidates MUST be within 30 miles of Charlotte, NC. Day to Day responsibilities: Make outbound calls to healthcare clients, pharmacists, and physicians, while demonstrating professionalism, attentiveness, empathy, and in all situations. Correspond with internal and external customers, your peer group, and alike. Dedicated to improving the customer experience and promoting customer loyalty and retention. Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail to both phone and email correspondences. REQUIRED skills: 2 years of customer service/call center experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to use a laptop, connect to the internet via ethernet, understand basic laptop use Ability to work an 8- hour shift between the hours of 9am-5:30pm; Monday through Friday. Full time opportunity, 2 year contract $12.00 per hour Will be provided with laptop and headset to perform job remotely $100 referral bonus for anyone you recommend and who ultimately gets hired! Please note, all qualified candidates must be willing to undergo a background check and a 10-panel drug screening.
