Job DescriptionCompany Description
Our client is looking for a skilled Datacenter support person for a 3 month contract.
Night Shift 7 pm till 7am W-Sat
- Wednesday 7 hours
- 12am(midnight) to 7am.
- Wednesday overlaps with other technicians on site and thus the shortened hours.
- Thursday, Friday and Saturday are 11,11,11.
- 7pm-7am
Essential Job Functions
- Assist with Rack and Stack of servers
- Run copper and fiber cabling
- Assist with set up of Cisco Switches
- Hands and feet support of network equipment
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ of data center support experience
- Rack and Stack
- Copper and Fiber cabling
- Servers – HP + Dell + Sun/Oracle + IBM
- Storage – Net-Apps + Dell/EMC
- Networks - Cisco switches
- Service Manager Ticketing System or similar
- Microsoft Office
- Lift and carry up to 40lbs
Work Environment
- May require weekend work
- May require shift work
