Job Overview: Our dynamic service team is seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to Polly’s clients and policyholders. You’ll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies.
You’ll also help resolve billing issues, change policies, and make policy recommendations. Hours of Operation: The Polly Service Center is operational 8:00am – 6:00pm (EST); Monday – Saturday. We offer varied work schedules: 5 days/week, 8-hr work shift (1-hr lunch), until 6p local time, including Saturdays and holidays. Schedules will be assigned based on business needs and commence upon completion of full-time training. What You'll Do: Answer incoming calls/email questions about insurance policies and consumer complaints and general inquiries from carriers. Demonstrate accuracy in processing client request to include but not limited to Pending cancellations, providing Insurance documentation and processing carrier and customer requests. Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies Stay up-to-date on Polly’s processes and procedures, partnered insurance company coverages, exclusions, and options to provide customers with competitive coverage and cost options Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved Connect with other agents, insurance carriers and managers to solve complex challenges for our customers Foster a culture of TOP NOTCH customer service and promote continuous improvement across all aspects of how we serve our clients Who You Are: Humble – A real team player and willing to put in the time and work hard.
