H-Wave Medical Sales Consultant – St. Louis, Missouri
H-Wave is expanding its US Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) sales team and is looking for a driven, passionate, self-starter who wants to be in control of their own future. The ideal candidate will identify, manage, and increase sales through VA Medical Centers and treatment facilities within their assigned territory. The H-Wave unit is a medical device prescribed as a drug-free treatment for chronic pain and post-operative rehabilitation in Workers Comp, Personal Injury, and the VA space. H-Wave devices have had a solid reputation for results for over 40 years because nothing works better for creating immediate pain relief and sustained tissue recovery.
Salary and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $65,000 annually + Uncapped Commission
- Mileage Reimbursement

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or work experience equivalent
- Experience working directly with the Veteran Affairs and/or Department of Defense Preferred
- Prior Military service is a plus
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
- Medical sales experience a plus
- Ability to travel extensively and transport product/equipment
- Must have a valid driver's license, have an active vehicle insurance policy, and pass an MVR screening

Deliver Results:
The Medical Sales Consultant will develop and implement plans to deliver on or exceed sales goals. The consultant should be relentless in the pursuit of expanding our presence across VHA by providing comprehensive information to all stakeholders. All candidates must be self-motivated with a “can do” attitude.
Build Relationships:
The Medical Sales Consultant will identify, establish, and maintain productive working relationships with key stakeholders throughout VA Medical Centers. This will include medical providers, administrative staff, prosthetics specialists, and department chiefs. The consultant will develop innovative approaches to building and expanding their professional network, like working with local chapters of veteran service organizations to strengthen local efforts.
Outcome Focused:
The Medical Sales Consultant will provide and drive a high level of customer service with a passion for delivering positive and optimal patient outcomes. They will also have the opportunity to improve the lives of veterans by educating healthcare providers on the benefits associated with H-Wave.
