Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a reliable maintenance technician to join the Poe & Cronk team! You’ll make sure our facility is operating efficiently, conduct inspections, respond to commercial tenant requests for repairs, and conduct routine maintenance and repairs to keep the property running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a person of integrity who is a team player, a problem solver, and has some prior maintenance or trade experience. Compensation: $19.00 per hour plus benefits

$19 hourly + benefits

• Responding to help commercial tenants as dispatched by the senior maintenance technician or property management department
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment and systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical as directed by the lead building engineer
• Coordinate and supervise outside vendors in the facility
• Strengthen, support, and be a part of our company team

• 2+ years of maintenance experience
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
• Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems

• Applicants should have some knowledge of HVAC units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems for basic repairs and maintenance
• Personal integrity, stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
• Ability to build good relationships with tenants and vendors
• Availability to respond some nights and weekends to rotating on-call responsibilities
• Some maintenance and/or construction experience preferred
