We are seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part of our team!
We are a busy Podiatry Private Practice with multiple locations seeking a dependable, detail-oriented and fast learning individuals committed to delivering exemplary customer service as a Full Medical Assistant who will cross train for Front Office responsibilities at our Tallmadge office.
You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Position will include, but not limited to, scheduling patients, greeting patients for appointments, managing clinician schedules, assisting doctors with their day to day clinical and clerical tasks, developing X-rays, computer skills including EMR, answering incoming patient calls, greeting & assessing patients, rooming patients and other clinical & clerical duties. Your customer service skills and quick response to customer concerns will be key to this role, along with ability to multi-task.
We are looking for a dependable employee who will treat our patients and the team with kindness and compassion. We value our Medical & Front Office Assistants and feel these roles are the central hub of our office. Benefit packages are available for full time employees.
Medical terminology & medical office experience is required. Computer skills required. High school diploma or equivalent required. MA certification preferred. X-ray certificate preferred.
