Retail Marketing Manager

Our firm is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to develop and implement plans and tactics for the development of strategy, and consumer objectives.

Location: Tampa, Florida. Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Miami, Florida, Miramar, Florida.

Ability to travel as required (<25%).

This role will be responsible for helping drive optimal vaccine availability and pull-through with retail pharmacies one of the adult vaccines most prominent channels. The main objective of this role is to work with Integrated Account Leads and Retail Account Managers (if in place) to help ensure the Companys adult vaccine portfolio is stocked with retailers, that they prioritize vaccination and Company´s vaccinations, and ensure pull-through across stores and pharmacy staff.

Responsibilities:

• Partnering closely with the Integrated Account Lead and Retail Account Managers on building a strategic account plan
• Partnering closely with Director, Retail Marketing on key strategies, tactics, and partnerships as well as above retailer initiatives and supporting retail performance narrative.
• Own specific retailer performance tracking and narrative including the ability to identify successes and areas of opportunity.
• Developing and executing a field engagement plan to support the account managers.
• In-depth understanding of retailers including company strategies and priorities, store locations, performance, and priorities.

• Acting as a liaison and communication point for assigned area(s) beyond specific retailers.

• Identify and develop solutions to address vaccination needs for customers (at local, district, and national levels)
• Develop resources (brand or above brand) to support selling teams responsible for customer engagement and ensure approval through copy review processes.
• Routinely engage with the field and our customers to understand their needs for the development of relevant customer value propositions.
• Responsible for reviewing in-market campaign reporting and post-campaign reviews and making optimization recommendations.

Basic Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree
• 4 + years of pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or related experience.
• Ability to travel as required (<25%)

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA

2 years of retail marketing experience.

US Vaccines marketing and/or sales experience.

Knowledge of vaccines, US market dynamics, and characteristics.

Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, marketing channels, and drivers.

• Demonstrated leadership experience. Willingness to challenge the status quo and take end-to-end ownership of proposed solutions.

• Experience leading retail pharmacy initiatives and/or partnerships on behalf of the manufacturer.
• Experience effectively collaborating and influencing colleagues in the commercial organization, both in-person and remotely.

Salary + Additional Benefits:

• $100,000-$120,000 + 20% de bonificación.
