Project Manager

Our company is seeking an effective and efficient Project manager to oversee the progress and development of our current projects. The Project manager is responsible for managing the construction of new facilities and commercial renovations and ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The successful candidate will promote a positive image for our business.

Responsibilities:

• Direct construction and renovation of buildings.
• Plan the construction or renovation schedule.
• Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine the scope of work for a construction project.
• Review project designs for building layouts and design details to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare cost estimates for construction projects.
• Prepare milestone schedules for construction projects.
• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
