IT Manager (Hands On)

Working under the direction of the CTO the IT Manager will support and lead a Complex IT Environment and a variety of end users.

Day-to-day duties:

Hands-on responsibility for all network servers, storage systems, and firewalls.
Ability to support various locations remotely.
As needed travel to other business locations to deploy and resolve network and pc issues. (Pittsburgh PA)
Excellent documentation skills.
Staying current and implementing Security updates.
Build, image or reimage laptops/desktops as needed – new user system builds
Provides top-tier technical support services for PC’s, servers, and software.
Manages incoming Helpdesk calls, prioritizes, and document next steps/resolution.
Manages and supports Office 365 accounts.
Manages all PC Installations, Printers, Label Printers, and IT Supplies.
Actively participates in system planning, design, and processes.
Manages DR and backup processes.
AV experience is a Plus
Digital conference room setup experience is a Plus
