Plexos Group is looking for a talented, driven Senior Reporting Analyst to join our team in San Francisco. This position is primarily responsible for creating new, modifying existing, and performing ad hoc reporting for Plexos Group’s clients and internal stakeholders.
Plexos Group is among the industry’s top leaders in small and large program management for emergency response, disaster recovery, FEMA and HUD assistance, and grant / claims management.
Primary Responsibilities
· Assess, interpret, and analyze customer needs and requirements
· Provide analytical support and expertise when compiling and reporting information
· Evaluate and present information in a manner that will facilitate management's understanding of the results and impact
· Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
· Solve moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analyses
· Translate concepts into practice
· Provide explanations and information to others on difficult issues
· Provide management with statistical findings and conclusions in analyzing interpreting trends and root cause analysis
· Work with minimal guidance

· Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of individuals
· Ability to deal effectively with interpersonal relationships
· Must possess a high degree of professionalism including the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
· Must be computer literate with the capability of performing at an intermediate or advanced level with respect to the Microsoft Office Suite of products or similar software applications

· Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
· Must have solid verbal and written communication skills to include the drafting of clear, concise emails and the presentation of questions that are pertinent to assignments
· Must possess flexibility to respond to and manage different tasks, often with competing priorities
Required Qualifications
· B.S. degree; Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or ISDS preferred
· 2 years of experience gathering business requirements and analyzing data
· 2 years of experience with client relations / customer service
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel
· Proficient in Tableau
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in program management
· Proficiency in SQL
· Experience in database design
· Experience in GIS mapping
Travel Requirements
· Up to 50%
