You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.Responsibilities: Support Alleus Team Members with administrative tasks including document editing, taking meeting minutes, updating databases, drafting agendas, and expense reports Draft correspondence and other formal documents Handle weekly correspondence mailing, including mailings of 300-500 letters per week via USPS Plan and schedule appointments, meetings, and events Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Develop and implement organized physical and digital filing systems Perform all other office tasks Run errands as neededQualifications: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Previous legal administration experience a plus Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to... detail Strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.
