Our Unit Coordinators are given the opportunity to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the activities of their unit and shifts. This position will help you develop your skills as part of the nursing management team. Unit Coordinators learn to handle many responsibilities, but also assist in identifying areas for enhancement of services. Most importantly, you will be a major component in making sure our residents have a home where they receive exceptional care in a warm, positive environment.

To become a candidate for this position, you need to have these minimum qualifications:
Must be a licensed registered nurse in good standing with the State of Kansas.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Supervisory and management experience and skills are preferred.
