Working in conjunction with leadership to develop and maintain a strong trusted advisor relationship with key sports administrators and executives to fully understand their business and measurements for success with integrity and reliability. Identify and develop new opportunities for expanding our customer growth and product penetration. Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals and stated strategic initiatives.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person and/or virtual visits and communication with potential and existing members
  • Increase client portfolio depth and relationship “stickiness”
  • Improve product and service penetration and profitability
  • Forecast, maintain, and track key account metrics
  • Obtain knowledge of Players Health products and services
  • Prepare detailed cost analysis/proposals and close opportunities
  • Maintain accurate daily record of sales activity in CRM
  • Continue to gain advanced product and market knowledge in the industry
  • Track sales funnel status and member relationship activity within Players Health’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Travel requirement is 50% of more of this position
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years progressive business development experience
  • Demonstrated ability to gain advanced product and market knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of, exposure to or experience within the Youth Sports & Recreation space
  • Strong enthusiasm for meeting and engaging with prospects and clients face to face

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skillsets
  • Strong understanding and experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • Experience with account management


TRAVEL DEMANDS: Travel required – more than 50%
