Retail Team Member
TheTeam Member will be responsible for providing up to date knowledge of product being sold to customers. Performing general labor duties assigned by manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Seeking self driven individuals looking for long term employment and growth through the Hemp Industry. Accurate counting, quality control, and attention to detail are essential. Follow approved procedures for receiving, preparing, storing, arranging, and manicuring product to ensure quality, accuracy and product rotation and protection. Handle damaged and waste products per company policy and assist in controlling the level of damaged goods. Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by Management to meet daily and weekly individual and team and company goals. General labor throughout the facility as needed (clean up, light maintenance, stocking etc.)
Other duties as assigned.
Full- time position. Weekends are required. Must be able to work up to a 8 hour shift when necessary. Platte Hemp company is a small business and requires excellent customer service/education and it is rapidly growing with great growth opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be 21 years or older, have a high school diploma or GED. Must have strong attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness of store. Seeking individuals with good attitude while also being a team player. Product knowledge is paramount, willingness to gain knowledge needed. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25+ pounds. Maintain punctual and regular attendance!

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• On call
• Weekends
