Entry level Office Clerk needed for a long term contract (possible contract to hire) opportunity with our client in Mira Loma.
Position is working remote, however will return to the office at some point.
- Answer and transfer calls to proper office party.
- File, archive, scan and copy documents.
- Extensive use of Word and Excel.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Research, route correspondence, draft letters and documents, and initiate telecommunications.
- Miscellaneous office tasks as directed.
- High School Diploma.
- 1 year experience in an office environment.
- Dynamic communication and customer rapport with a pleasant telephone presence.
- Proficiency with Word and Excel applications along with typing of 40+ wpm.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a constantly changing work load.
- Effective written and oral communications skills.
- Sharp attention to details and excellent time management skills.
- Must have the desire to help others, pitch in without being asked and have a can do attitude!
