Lavley is a privately owned and US based #1 best-selling (Men’s and Women’s) Novelty Sock brand on Amazon that is looking to establish and aggressively grow its wholesale and retail presence. We are looking for candidates that are highly motivated, self-managing, forward thinking and fun to work with.
While we may be a small family-owned business, we’ve already accomplished what few thought possible on Amazon. In truth, our success comes down to our people and our products - which literally speak for themselves. Our socks have funny, witty and sometimes crude sayings on the bottoms, which make them interest-specific (great for lead targeting), highly giftable and fun to talk about. You want an ice breaker? Show the outdoor sports buyer our Master-Baiter fishing sock and watch them laugh their way to an order. Our best-in-class designers and manufacturers make our socks stand out among the competition. We have the momentum, we have the products, and we have the opportunity. Now we need the hustlers, the talkers and the deal makers to help take this brand to the next level.
We are seeking independently contracted sales representatives that are capable of effectively managing all categories and business channels to aggressively expand our brand into new distribution. Responsibilities would include pre-booking, monitoring sales and sell-through, customer support, trade-show attendance, store visits, staff training (if the need arises), and in-store merchandise support as needed.
These jobs are currently commission based however we will eventually need territory managers. This is an opportunity to get in at the ground level and potentially work your way up quickly if you prove to us you have what it takes to lead.
Lively is hiring Independent Sales Representatives (100% Commission Based) for the following territories:
- New England
(Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts)
(New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, Metro DC)
(Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Florida)
- Rocky Mountain
(Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado)
- West Coast
(Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Hawaii)
Note: This is not currently an internal employee position but could lead to a full-time position down the road.
**Territories may be adjusted based upon the coverage area of the representative.
This is 100% commission based for the first 90 days. After 90 days, there will be a performance review for salary potential. Sales samples will be provided at no cost. Other terms to be discussed. Some national and regional trade-shows will be brand funded.
- 3+ years of sales experience from a fast paced, fashion/apparel environment
- Established territory account base and current relationships in the retail space
- Ability to communicate with a variety of buyer profiles from major specialty accounts to first time business owners
- Visit retailers within the assigned territory for seasonal purchases.
- Prospect and develop new target accounts
- Ensure existing retail partners are representing the Lavley brand appropriately
- Use retailer and consumer insights to drive growth and performance
- Attend trade shows locally and nationally as needed
