Why Work Here?

We exist to bless, educate, and serve the farmers around us.

We exist to bless, educate, and serve the farmers around us by empowering them to stage every seed to reach its maximum potential. We do this by always learning and seeking new ways to solve the problems we find in the field. We seek to solve problems first and foremost, not to “make sales”. We do this through Precision Planting, which allows farmers to equip their existing planter with the best mechanical and electrical controls on the market, to ensure every seed is staged for success.
