Sales Specialist

We are currently in search of Sales Specialist to be a part of our high-energy and award-winning team. Sales Specialists are the link between Planet Honda and its customers. You will meet and greet our customers, determine their needs and work to help them achieve their dreams of a new vehicle. You will become an expert on the technology, features, and benefits of available vehicles and be able to demonstrate those to our customers. You will develop long-term relationships with our customers, allowing you to build a strong book of business of repeat and referral customers. NO AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! OUR EXTENSIVE TRAINING PROGRAM BY OUR DEALERSHIP EXECUTIVES AND TOP PERFORMERS will provide you with the knowledge required for success and a well-defined career path, within our Award-winning Dealership. Sales Specialists can have earning potential that can exceed $100,000 a year.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
• Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory information
• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicle's features on the lot
• Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
• Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lots vehicles daily, reporting any problems to management
• Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must be Coachable
• Must be Reliable
• Must have a passion for learning
• Must have a Customer-Service Attitude
• Must have a professional appearance
