    • Classify and name individual documents
    • Maintain electronic and paper files
    • Organize and prepare documents for mailing, fax, and/or court filing
  • Calendar Management
    • Maintain attorney’s calendars of appointments, deadlines, and reminders
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Secretarial Support
    • Draft correspondence and basic legal documents
    • Handle mailings for attorneys and paralegals
    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Greet clients and visitors when needed
    • Prepare various forms and contracts
  • General/Other
    • Errands in Downtown, sometimes further
    • Supply Ordering
    • Take notes and make copies for meetings
