Job Description

We are seeking an innovative Vice President, B2B sales leader to build and mentor a team to develop and build long-term B2B client relationships.

Location: Remote within the Unites States + 20% or more travel.

Vice President, B2B Sales responsibilities will include:

  • Development and implementation of the strategy for the inside sales team
  • Build and execute the vision, mission and revenue growth strategy for inside sales for all verticals
  • Creation of inside sales account-based sales strategies, sales projections and goals for all sales verticals
  • Provide leadership, support and guidance to ensure the inside sales strategy is aligned with business objectives
  • Evaluate market conditions and adjust sales strategy to successfully adapt to those changes
  • Ensure the inside sales strategy is aligned with overall business objectives
  • Develop and oversee the tracking and measurement of all inside sales initiatives
  • Monitor activity reports and reporting trends to make recommendations as needed for changes to reports, tactics, and modifications to current strategy
  • May manage department via multiple layers of managers OR directly supervise a staff of individual contributors at the senior or technical advisor level
  • Drive sales innovation by providing sales thought leadership and promoting innovative ways to continuously improve business results

Vice President, B2B Sales Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years sales and sales leadership experience, including work for national/international enterprises
  • Experience in Business to Business and technical sales leadership
  • Experience withing a complex distribution environment is strongly preferred.
  • High proficiency with CRM systems and strong analytical skills
