Account Sales Representative

We are a local family-owned company that has been helping contractors and industrial customers with their needs for painting, sandblasting, and powder coating equipment. Located in the South Hills of Pittsburgh we are looking to expand our sales staff.

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for receiving inbound calls and leads as well as visiting customers to help determine proper equipment needs.

The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in the painting and paint equipment industry, is comfortable with email and phone as well as some travel (10-20 percent travel per month).

We provide a company car for all travel needs and pay for any necessary sales expenses.

Responsibilities: 

• Receive inbound calls - Answer calls for website inquiries about products and equipment, help make recommendations for good solutions for the customer
• Manage current accounts – Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals. Coordinate in-person meetings as needed for site
• Customer support –  Answer calls and emails from clients, identify the issue and make suggestions for future or new products or services.  

Requirements:

• BS degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred
• Hands-on experience with sales via phone, in person, and email
• Experience with CRM software
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
